All our Staff must wear PPE when visiting our Patients/ Clients households/ premises
Our Health Care Professionals must wear PPE when visiting clients and must comply with the Royal College of Podiatry and Government guidelines.
Our Patients/ Clients are also required to receive our Health Care Professionals within a hygienic and ventilated area during the service. Our Health Care Professionals may refuse a service if feeling unsafe at the household/ premises.
Our Health Care Professionals are COVID-19 tested on a regular basis, before and after attending our Customer’s homes/ Premises.
Our Patients/ Clients must confirm that they or any of their household members, do not present any COVID-19 symptoms prior to the appointment. COVID-19 symptoms such as: vomiting or diarrhea, severe headache, cough, trouble breathing, high temperature/ fever or chills and, new loss of taste or smell.
